I’m Cecilia Tupou, Founder and Principal Consultant of Licensing & Governance Pathways Group.
With more than 20 years in public administration and extensive experience working within government licensing environments, I bring regulator-side knowledge to the way I support businesses today.

Working within government gave me an understanding of the regulatory process from the assessor's perspective.
It taught me that an application isn't simply about completing forms or supplying a list of documents.
It's about understanding what information is required, why it is required, what regulatory considerations may arise and what decision-makers need to be satisfied about.
That experience now informs the way I work with LGPG clients.
My role is to help businesses understand the pathway ahead, identify potential issues earlier and approach regulatory requirements with greater clarity and preparation.
